May I tell you about our Society, which meets monthly from September to May in the Friends Meeting House, New Adel Lane, Leeds 16.

We have members ranging from complete novices to renowned international experts who are willing to share their expertise with others. What unites us is our love of gardens and plants and we enjoy sharing our enthusiasms and problems. At the winter meetings, usually with 30-40 people, we hear speakers on a wide variety of horticultural topics. We hold two Flower Shows each year and in the summer we visit several gardens, in and around Yorkshire including our members’ own gardens.

We hope you will want to explore our website and discover more about our history and our current activities. If you love gardening or appreciating gardens and you want to learn more, as we do, come to a meeting or a Show and give us a try. Whatever your own skills or interests you will made very welcome.
